Rhythmic Gymnastics team, in the 32nd World Summer
Universiade hosted by Germany, achieved a magnificent result.
In the final round our team won a gold medal in the ribbon program and
silver medal in the program with 3 balls and 2 hoops.
Athletes Yelizaveta Luzan, Darya Sorokina, Kamilla Aliyeva, Laman
Alimuradova and Gullu Aghalarzada finished this prestigious competition with a
total of 2 gold and 1 silver medal.
This success once
again proves that Azerbaijani Rhythmic Gymnastics is developing on an upward
trajectory in the world arena. We would like to thank our athletes, their
dedicated coaching staff and everyone who contributed to achieving this
success!
