Date and Place of Birth: January 26, 1961, Saatly District, Azerbaijan

Professional Career:
Hicran Damir oglu Aliyev began his career as a wrestling coach and instructor in 1984.
On April 5, 2001, he started working as a coach-instructor at the Republican Council of the “Mahsul” Rural Voluntary Trade Union Sports Society.
On December 30, 2007, he was appointed as the chairman of the Kurdamir district council.
Since February 25, 2025, he has been serving as a coach-instructor in the "Wrestling Styles" department (Greco-Roman wrestling) under the Azerbaijan Trade Union Sports Organizations Association.

Honorary Title:
For his achievements in sports, he was awarded the honorary title of "Master of Sports of the USSR."
