Islam Ali oghlu Jafarov
Date and place of birth: July 7, 1967, Baku city.

Education:
From 1984 to 1990, he received higher education in Physical Education teaching at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Physical Culture.

Work Experience:

• From 1993 to 2009, worked as a coach-teacher at the “Qafqaz” Sports Club.

• From 2009 to 2015, served as a coach in Greco-Roman wrestling at the Children and Youth Sports School under the Baku City Education Department.

• From 2015 to 2017, worked at the Specialized Olympic Reserve Children and Youth Sports School.

• Since 2014, worked as a coach-teacher at the “Məhsul” Sports Society.

• Since February 25, 2025, works as a coach-teacher in Greco-Roman wrestling in the "Wrestling Styles" department at the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sports Organizations Association (AHİİTA).

Honors and Awards:

• 1988 – “Master of Sports of the USSR”

• 2012 – “Honored Coach” of the Republic of Azerbaijan

• 2022 – “Honored Physical Education and Sports Worker” of the Republic of Azerbaijan
