On June 2, a draw ceremony for the “Healthy Colleague” mini-football tournament, which will be held among the member organizations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK), took place at the administrative building of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sports Organizations Association (AHIITA).
During the event, representatives of the participating teams were provided with detailed information about the tournament regulations, match procedures, competition format, group stage schedule, and the conditions for qualifying for the playoff stage. Participants were also informed about team registration requirements, disciplinary regulations, and technical matters that will be applied during the competition. Based on the draw results, the teams’ positions within the groups were determined, and the group stage fixture schedule was finalized.
According to the draw results, the teams were divided into four groups: A, B, C, and D. Group D will consist of five teams, while the remaining groups will each have four teams. At the end of the group stage, the top two teams from each group will qualify for the playoff stage.
It should be noted that a total of 17 teams will participate in the tournament. The matches will be held from June 6 to July 10.
The main objective of the “Healthy Colleague” mini-football tournament is to strengthen friendly relations among trade unions, promote a healthy lifestyle among members, and enhance team spirit.
