The "Healthy Colleague" Mini Football Tournament, jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) and the Azerbaijan Trade Union Sports Organizations Association (AHIITA), concluded with the final match.
Before the final, participants and fans enjoyed an entertaining sports program. European Karate Champion Madina Sadigova, World Greco-Roman Wrestling Champion Ali Nazarov, and European Champion Emin Javadli were invited to the venue. Accompanied by energetic sports music, AHIITA athletes presented impressive demonstration performances.
The tournament's final then kicked off, featuring the Trade Union Team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations against the Republican Union of the Trade Union of Agricultural, Ecology and Water Management Workers. After an intense and exciting match that attracted great interest from spectators, the Ministry of Emergency Situations Trade Union Team secured a 2–1 victory and became the tournament champion.
According to the final standings, first place went to the Ministry of Emergency Situations Trade Union Team, second place to the Republican Union of the Trade Union of Agricultural, Ecology and Water Management Workers, and third place to the Republican Committee Team of the Trade Union of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Workers.
The winners were awarded trophies, medals, and diplomas. Special awards were also presented in the categories of Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, and Top Scorer.
It should be noted that the "Healthy Colleague" Mini Football Tournament, which started on June 6, brought together 17 teams representing AHIK member organizations, competing in four groups. The tournament aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle, strengthen solidarity and team spirit among employees, and contribute to the effective organization of workers' leisure time.
