The final stage of the zonal Championships among cadets in boxing has come to an end

The Azerbaijani national team achieved historic success at the European School Boxing Championship held in Zlatibor, Serbia. Our team, which won 3 gold, 10 silver and 9 bronze medals in total, showed high results in the continental championship as the second Europa.

Four members of the AHIITA also performed successfully in this prestigious tournament and represented our country worthily:

Abbasali Mammadli (48 kg) – became the European Champion after winning a 4:1 victory over the Armenia representative.

Nuran Yusifi (46 kg) –qualified for the final with great determination and won a silver medal

Yusif Aghakishiyev (75 kg) – rose to second place in Europe after intense and competitive battles.

As AHIITA, we welcome the high results shown by our young athletes with great pride. We congratulate our athletes and their hardworking coaches who have achieved these successes, and we highly appreciate the invaluable role they have played in the successful representation of Azerbaijani sports in the international arena.

The result once again proves that the sports potential of our country is strong and the new generation of athletes is determined to carry this flag even higher.

Representative of the AHIITA , Raul Abdullazada , competed in the 80 kg weight category at the Republican Junior and Cadet Boxing Championship, which was held from June 11-19 and won a silver medal

The AHIITA has shown successful results in the “Turan Cup” International boxing tournament held in Alanya, Turkiye.

Representatives of AHIITA have won 3 gold medals in the competition organized among schoolchildren on June 10-13, representing our country and the organization at a high level.

Yusif Aghakishiyev, a representative of the AHIITA , won a gold medal in the 80 kg weight category at the international boxing tournament among schoolchildren held in Belebey,Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation, dedicated to June 1 – International Children’s Day.

Ali Rustamov,  a representative of the AHIITA competing in the 44kg weight category, won a gold medal at the “Heydar Aliyev -2025” International boxing tournament.

Ibrahim Badalli, competing in the 54kg weight category, showed a high result by winning the silver medal of the tournament.

Azerbaijani national team athletes and members of the Public Union of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sport Organizations Association  Mehman Rasulov (75kg) and Yusif Aghakishiyev (80kg) won gold medals in the IFS U-15 Sports Games in Zlatibor (Serbia) defeating representatives of Serbia and Ukraine respectively in the final fights.

With this magnificent result, they successfully represented Azerbaijani boxing and the AHIITA in the international arena.

At the Dracula open International boxing tournament held in the Romania city of Brelia. Our young boxer Huseyn Huseynli (92kg) a member of  the Public Union of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sport Organizations Association    won a bronze medal with his determined performance.
