A meeting was held in the administrative building of the Public Union of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sport Organizations Association (AHIITA) to strengthen cooperation with “Neftchi” Sports Club and a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed.
The main purpose of the memorandum is to popularize sports between the parties, promote a healthy lifestyle, increase the potential of professional personnel and athletes, exchange experience, as well as conduct joint trainings and seminars. Also, support for social initiatives and implementation of joint projects are the priority areas of the memorandum.
During the event, the participants held detailed discussions on strengthening mutual cooperation, organizing joint sports events, implementing social programs, mutual use of sports infrastructures and exchanging experience.
The document was signed by Faraj Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Neftchi” Sports Club, Acting Executive Director, and Emin Ismayilov, Deputy Director and Acting Director of AHIITA.
This cooperation is considered an important step in terms of developing sports, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and gaining broader support for the Azerbaijani sports community.
