Medina Sadigova (-55 kg weight category), a promising athlete of AHIITA, who successfully represented Azerbaijan in the qualifying rounds for the World Karate Championship held in Paris, France, on October 17–19, 2025, showed high results and earned a license for the World Championship!
This success of Medina Sadigova is an indicator of the continuous development of our country in the field of karate and the readiness of our young athletes for strong competition in the international arena.
It should be noted that the World Karate Championship will be held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, on November 27–30. The strongest karate players from different countries of the world will participate in the competition, and Azerbaijan will be worthily represented at this prestigious sporting event.
